36 candidates - 1 trophy

36 candidates - 1 trophée

CASP is bringing together 36 talented artists from across the continent to battle it out for the first continental trophy of Slam Poetry. Each country has a national ambassador, a leader in the slam poetry community in their country, who has organised the national competition, logistics and all local support for the CASP Festival. We are so excited to have each of these exceptional slam artists and the committed ambassadors come to N'Djamena, for the competition, but just as importantly, to build the network of panafrican slam poetry.

Below, you can see each of the national champions and go to the country page to read more about the candidate, the national ambassador and the work in their country.
